OpenCoord Celebrates Pride Month

June is Pride Month! At OpenCoord, we are thrilled to join in celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community and honoring the roots of this vibrant movement. The values of inclusivity, authentic self-expression, and championing diversity are central to our mission. We aim to empower ALL creators, regardless of identity or background.

That's why this Pride month, we are:

• Updating our avatar creator with new Pride flag outfit options so players can proudly display their colors.
• Adding a "Pride Parade" event to our city map generator where users can create their own jubilant Pride marches and rallies.
• Releasing a set of rainbow-themed particles and effects perfect for making creations fabulously flashy.
• Hosting special livestreams featuring LGBTQIA+ developers sharing their experiences.
• Donating proceeds from new Pride-themed assets to LGBTQIA+ advocacy organizations expanding access to tech careers.

The Stonewall uprising of 1969 catalyzed a civil rights movement that continues today. But the fight for equality is far from over. Let's keep the momentum going!
